Interpretation and Feedback (LSI, ASUS) REFRESHER for Assessment	Case Managers (recommended for supervisors for QA purposes)
MI REFRESHER	Case Managers Sessions now specific to use of MI in individual sessions Intervention Specialists Employment Specialists-added Sessions now specific to use of MI in group (recommended for Supervisors for QA purposes)
R&R II-r REFRESHER	Intervention Specialists (recommended for Supervisors for QA purposes)
TAD REFRESHER	Intervention Specialists (recommended for Supervisors for QA purposes)
ES REFRESHER	Employment Specialists (recommended for Supervisors for QA purposes)

Note: Case Plan Refresher is not required but is offered to staff in need of additional support.
Must have taken case plan first.

AIC TRAINING DIRECTIONS

ACCEPTANCE

ACCEPTANCE IS AUTOMATIC UNLESS CLASSES BECOME FILLED. IF CLASSES BECOME FILLED YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL OR FAX THAT YOU ARE ON A WAITING LIST

STORM PROCEDURES

In case of inclement weather, please call 860-729-3989 after 6:00 a.m. When possible, staff will attempt to inform you the day before a scheduled training of the possibility of cancellation. If a course is cancelled, you will be notified of the rescheduled date.
