There are 3 ways to register:
1. Attach the csiRegistrationForm.doc (link is at the top of this page) in an email to: lbrandes@csimail.org
2. Fill out the csiRegistrationForm.doc and fax it to: 860-683-7182
3. Fill out this on-line form.

ACCEPTANCE

AUTOMATIC UNLESS CLASSES BECOME FILLED. IF CLASSES BECOME FILLED YOU WILL BE NOTIFED VIA EMAIL OR FAX THAT YOU ARE ON A WAITING LIST

STORM PROCEDURES
In case of inclement weather, please call 860-729-3989 after 6:00 a.m. When possible, staff will attempt to inform you the day before a scheduled training of the possibility of cancellation. If a course is cancelled, you will be notified of the rescheduled date.
